In 2009, I became a gallery exhibited digital artist for my work on the first piece below, titled "Flesh and Blood." The result was not the intent of the photographer, who simply photographed me as a figure study for future reference, and the quality of the image was quite bad. I often go to his photos of me for ideas, and this one stood out to me this time. I turned it into a piece of art that speaks to people in different ways, often reminding women of negative life experiences. If it touches someone in that way, it deserves to be called art. I've protected the real bride's identity due to the pregnant belly and beer. You're looking at a head replacement, new hair over that, recreating that shadow on her face, and then the obvious things. ARTISTIC

Each of these flowers was individually selected and placed on the model in post production. Lighting is also specific to each flower. Makeup was applied digitally and background was added.
